WHERE DO YOU BELONG?
God’s Kingdom or The Devil’s Kingdom?
This exposition restores God intended truth which transforms humanity from the devil’s world to God’s Kingdom.
The blessedness of God’s Kingdom lies in a heart of a believer with the gift of the Holy Spirit. Peter did not marvel at the great catch as much as he did at Jesus’ command to the sea and the catch. Peter fell on his knees in deep humility and worshiped the Lord.
Here are the great rewards of God’s Kingdom.
- Remission of sins.
- Spiritual strength (eradication of fear)
- A new love (which brings permanent unity with one another)
- The Joy in the hope of the Resurrection.
Compared with the devil’s captivity, while still in our mother’s womb: – we are condemned to eternal death, guilty, with only a spark of life here on earth. Don’t be satisfied with being labeled as a “Christian” etc.
The word “Christian” has no spiritual meaning except that of a label to followers of Jesus. It refers to no particular spiritual power acquired nor does it define a divine character. For everything to do with a Christian depends on individual thinking and need of belonging to a particular congregation. In fact this applies to every label of any denomination.
Jesus on the other hand referred to His followers as “Disciples”, which is a well-defined term in all chapters of the New Testament. With discipleship the spirit is the very means of transformation from the devil’s world to God’s Kingdom.
If as disciples, one could study at least one particular gospel, they would be far better off than sermons which skim from one verse to another. We would do well to attempt the expository book of Luke as presented in the book “True faith revealed”
But most of all we notice the inexplicable joy of the inhabitants of God’s Kingdom, the new life, unity, hope of resurrection, God’s love among them (intelligence and purpose) and release from being a captive of sin and death.
